Sure, this smoothie isn’t the perfect picture of health, but it has some deliciously healthy elements, and will get you going in the morning with a nice burst of protein! If you’re really health conscious, just omit the toppings and enjoy!
• 1 frozen bananaBlend all the ingredients except the toppings in a blender until smooth. If you’d like to be fancy, coat the rim of your glass or mason jar with crushed graham cracker, and top your smoothie with mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
• 1 C. yogurt
• ½ C. almond milk (unsweetened or vanilla)
• 3 Tbsp. crushed graham crackers
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
• Toppings: chocolate chips, marshmallows, crushed graham crackers
